1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers PingCore, including Android application com.bugbug.pingcore and pingcore.bugbug.in. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or deletion help, contact the PingCore operator at mohammedmohzin111@gmail.com.
2. Information we process
- Account information: name, email address, password hash, account identifier, optional profile image, language, timezone, theme and notification preferences. Passwords are hashed rather than stored as readable text.
- Connected accounts: provider, account identifiers, display names, handles, profile images, granted permissions, authorization tokens, expiry details and publishing limits. Tokens or credentials are needed to carry out your requested actions.
- Your content: uploaded photos, videos and other supported files, filenames and technical metadata; captions, drafts, schedules, templates, publishing results and post statistics returned by connected services.
- Team information: workspace names, membership, roles, invitations, approval decisions and activity records.
- Service and security information: authentication sessions, request and error records, IP addresses or user-agent information where recorded for security, and communications you send to support.
- Optional AI requests: the topic you enter, tone, language and selected platform settings when you request AI caption assistance.
3. How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts; connect the services you authorize; store and prepare content; schedule and publish posts; display status and available statistics; manage workspace collaboration; send account verification or password-reset messages; respond to support requests; and investigate abuse, errors or security incidents.
The current app does not include advertising or third-party advertising analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded content for targeted advertising. Publishing statistics describe your posts and connected accounts. Background mobile push notifications are not available in this release.
4. When information is disclosed
- Your chosen platforms: we send content and necessary account information to the services you connect when you instruct us to publish or perform another action. Their own privacy policies apply to information they receive and to content you make public.
- Your team: authorized members of your workspace can access shared content and activity according to their permissions.
- Service providers: hosting, storage and email providers process information needed to operate PingCore. Support email is handled through the published Gmail address.
- Optional AI: when enabled, caption requests are processed by Anthropic. This feature sends the entered topic and generation settings; it does not automatically send your media library or social-account passwords. Avoid including confidential information in your request.
- Legal and security needs: we may disclose necessary information to comply with applicable law, protect rights or investigate fraud and abuse.
These providers may process information in countries other than yours. You can contact us for details about the providers and safeguards applicable to the service. Provider links: Google Privacy Policy and Anthropic Privacy Policy.
5. Device access and local storage
PingCore accesses files or photos you choose for upload. A camera permission, where used, supports a camera feature you initiate; you can deny or revoke device permissions in Android settings. The app does not request your contacts, precise location or advertising identifier. Session credentials use the platform’s secure storage where available; preferences such as theme and language are stored locally. The web app uses local browser storage for its session and preferences. Your device or browser may keep cached content.
6. Security
Production connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, connected-account credentials are encrypted on the server, and access to workspace information is controlled by membership and roles. Stored media is private and accessed through expiring links. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device, password and any media links you share; report suspected compromise to our contact address.
7. Retention and deletion
Account and content information is kept while needed to provide your active service, unless you delete it earlier. You can remove posts or media, disconnect accounts and request account deletion. Expired access credentials no longer authorize sessions; supporting session and security records may remain until removed through service maintenance.
Account deletion removes your login, sessions, invitations addressed to you and personal workspaces you own, including their connected credentials, posts and stored media. Contributions to another owner’s shared workspace may remain under that workspace’s control with your user association removed; contact support and the workspace owner for associated personal-data removal. If you own a shared workspace, contact support for help resolving its data and members before deleting your account.
Limited audit, security or legal records may be retained when necessary for abuse prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Deleted information can remain in restricted backups until those backups are replaced. Retained copies are not used to restore an active account at your request without a new review. Contact us for the retention details and any exceptions that apply to your request. Public posts already sent to third-party platforms must be managed with those providers.
8. Your choices and requests
Update your profile in Settings, manage members and connected accounts within your workspace, and revoke provider permissions at the provider. Request access, correction, export or deletion at mohammedmohzin111@gmail.com. We may need to verify control of your account before acting. Never send us your password or a social-platform access token.
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
9. Children
PingCore is intended for adult creators and teams and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
10. Policy changes
We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice when required. Questions can always be sent to mohammedmohzin111@gmail.com.
